Our Caregiver Requirements

Passion for caring for children and fostering their growth and independence

Minimum of 1 year professional childcare experience (in-home or childcare centers)

Specialized experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children (highly desirable)

Knowledge of or interest in RIE and Montessori-inspired caregiving

High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood education coursework is a plus)

​Current CPR/First Aid certification (renew as needed)

Completion of INA Basic Skills Assessment or willingness to complete

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training

Respect for family privacy and confidentiality

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a thorough background check

Valid government-issued identification

Reliable references from childcare-related roles

Agency Interview

We create a detailed profile highlighting your expertise, experience, and unique strengths as a childcare professional. This ensures families get a clear picture of your qualifications, personality, and values, setting you up for meaningful connections with the right families.
