We require an initial search fee to begin your placement process, but it’s fully applied toward long-term nanny and newborn care placement fees. This ensures a seamless and dedicated search for your perfect caregiver.

Our Process: Step by Step

Family Consulation

Once you’ve completed your registration, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation call. During the consultation, we will take the time to get to know your family's needs, preferences, and values. We'll ask about your children's schedules and any special needs or concerns you may have. We'll also discuss your ideal carer’s qualifications, experience, and personality.

Finding Your Match

Using the information gathered during the consultation, our team will begin the search for the perfect nanny or caregiver for your family. We will present you with candidates who meet your criteria and support you in scheduling interviews and trials with your preferred matches.

Careful Screening

Our rigorous screening process is designed to ensure that the carers we place are trustworthy, experienced, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. All of our candidates undergo a comprehensive background check, reference check, and in-person interview.

Your Perfect Placement

Once we have found the perfect match for your family, we will present you with our placement agreement, as well as all the resources you need to successfully and legally hire your new carer. We’ll also provide support and guidance throughout the first days on the job to ensure a smooth onboarding.
